Safety Assistant Agreement
Not all aspects can be covered here however through communication & compromise we hope that mutual agreements may be met.
A UK Businesses employing under 49 persons with access to the internet, E-mail & telephone. It is expected that you will provide further resources where required inc an on site associate for co-ordinating safety carrying out assessments etc. Multiple businesses require separate accounts.
Us
Our role is to set-up & support H&S management systems. We are not consultants & cannot advise on technical matters, manage safety on your behalf (ie carry out a risk assessment for you) or express an opinion on legal compliance.
Service
Service provided on a fair use basis by subscription. e-support is provided remotely. Service may vary dependant on location. Complaints to be made in wrighting to Mprince (refunds at Mprince disgression). Missed appointments may be charged. Spesific services, times or availability cannot be gaurenteed.

Drafting of your businesses Safety Management Plan this includes your Policy, years event plan and safety objectives. Draft assessments for stated significant risks. All documents provided electronically. Briefing regarding new management system and access to online client area. |
Extra Assistance |
Certification fee includes one application, awarded at mprince digression, Certification is not comfirmation of legal compliance. Certification valid at time of issue only.
We reserve the right to refuse work. We also reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Bad ethics or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in accounts being terminated.
Assistance includes work such as assisting with assessments/method statements, Inspections / audits, awareness training, vetting or any other work involving the provision of a product or that which is not covered by support. Extra assiatance includes additional meeting attendance. |

Support |
Support is an ongoing service over the subscription period. This includes basic guidance in responce to E-mail/telephone questions, the commenting on documents, direction towards further information. Monthly reports & access to client areas/tools, information and guidance. |

If required Additional Assistance will be invoiced seperatly (to be paid within 10 days of recipt). Rates charged at £25/hr, 50p/hr and costs at cost. Additional time and travel availability cannot be guarunteed. Remote members service may be limited. |
